(JRL ePLAN)

The Joint Research Laboratory on Energy Planning (JRL ePLAN) is a long-term collaborative research initiative between TECNALIAthe University of the Basque Country (EHU) and BC3 – Basque Centre for Climate Change

Its mission is to advance state-of-the-art scientific knowledge, methodologies and tools for ENERGY PLANNING, supporting the energy transition of regions, industries and infrastructures through rigorous, interdisciplinary research.

JRL ePLAN focuses on the development of advanced modelling, data-driven analysis and decision-support frameworks that enable robust planning of energy systems across multiple scales, sectors and energy vectors.
